Graduated in Veterinary Medicine by the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV) in 2004, she holds a PhD in Veterinary Medicine by the same university, in collaboration with the Institute of Biomaterials and Biomedical Engineering of the University of Toronto, Canada (2011). Professor working with Diagnostic Imaging, Regenerative Medicine and Oral Cavity Surgeries, developing work with biomaterials, mesenchymal stem cells/stromal cells, Doppler ultrasound, kidney diseases and dental surgeries. She advises in the Undergraduate program in Veterinary Medicine, in the Residency in Veterinary Medicine in the subareas of Dogs and Cats and Ruminants and Equines and in the Graduate Program in Veterinary Medicine, master’s and doctoral levels.
